President William McKinley Unused Envelope. On the left hand side of the front of the envelope is a blue and white portrait of the President surrounded by a circle of white stars on a blue background, with "PRESIDENT WILLIAM McKINLEY" written below. To the left of the portrait is the United States flag and the United States Capitol Building, both in color, and handwritten in pencil is "2 50." The back is plain.
