Scope and Content

McKinley Stamp Club of Canton, Ohio Envelope Cover. There are two postmarks that read, "DERVOCK, BALLYMONEY, Co. ANTRIM, 7 FE, 72" and the envelope is addressed to "Methodist Philatelic Society, 5 Cherry Walk, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, Cheshire." Postage is a 3P stamp of Queen Elizabeth, with one postmark stamped on it. The return address located in the upper left hand corner is "McKinley Stamp Club of Canton, Ohio, 35th Annual Stamp Exhibition, March 12-13, 1966." Below this is a black and white portrait of "William McKinley, 25th President." The back is plain. Note: Dervock, Ireland was the ancestral home of President McKinley.
