OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY. Canton, Ohio," and addressed to "Mr. John H. Holl. City." The postmark is "CANTON, OHIO NOV 14 8-PM 1906." A red colored two cent "WASHINGTON. 1732-1799. SERIES 1902. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA POSTAGE" stamp. A postmark flag with wavy lines running through it. The back is plain.
