McKINLEY MEMORIAL March 29th, 1907. John H. Holl, Esq., My Dear Mr. Holl:- I see no Mention in your recent reports, of any filling having been done in the Long Water Basins themselves. When in Canton last week, I told Skeeles that I wanted him to finish the fill inside the basin walls. If this has not been done, it must be done immediately. Also examine this fill and if it must be settled with water, make arrangements to turn the water on and let it settle so that Mr. Landor will not be delayed. Very truly yours, H.
