Photograph of Band playing taken in 1921 by James A. Kreitler at the dedication of the bust of President Warren G. Harding at the National McKinley Birthplace Memorial in Niles, Ohio.
It appears as if they are marching down the street.
According to an article in The Niles Daily News dated June 9, 1921, two bandsd were hired to provide music for the marchers in the parade.*
The back has glue residue and paper remaining from where it was attached to a board.
