Know all men by these Presents, that we Henry E. Fogle Geo Cook & Jacob Miller of
Canton, Stark County, Ohio, are held and firmly bound unto the Directors, and Stockholders
of the Canton Building Associations No. 1 and to their assigns and creditors in the sum
of Five Thousand Dollars, for the payment of which we bind ourselves. Sealed with our seals
and signed by us this 5th day of January A.D. 1872.
