Modern reprint of the murder of George D. Saxton, Ida Saxton McKinley's brother. This includes accounts of the arrest and trial of his lover Annie D. George. It includes biographical sketches of Mr. Saxton and Ms. George. The book is a paperback, with a maroon red cover. The front of the book includes the title, written in gold letters between two gold scrollwork designs. The back is plain, and of the same maroon red as the front cover. A small white price sticker is on the lower right corner.
