Scope and Content

Xeroxed copy of the replacement discharge certificate of James R. Graham. The certificate was issued because the original discharge paper was lost. This copy has the indication of holes on the right side, indicating that the original may have been in a plastic page protector when it was copied. The replacement certificate was issued on July 1, 1932, and was signed by the Adjutant General, Major General Franklin Ward.
