Description

This is a cream colored cloth ribbon with words that read "Committee on Finance McKinley Memorial Dedication" in faded blue. At the bottom of the ribbon is a galloon. The ribbon is connected to an ivory celluloid and brass metal tag by a pin. The reverse of the ribbon bears the manufacturer as "The Whitehead & Hoag Co., Newark, New Jersey" The tag manufacturer's name is obscured. The only words visible are "Newark, N.J. ; Pat. Applied For."
