Scope and Content

This is a xerx copy of two photographs. The photograph on the left was taken on the day before he was shot, McKinley delivered an address at Buffalo, N.Y. Courtsey of the Stark County Historical Society. The photograph on the right is of the president's body which was taken from Buffalo to his burial place in Canton, Ohio. The assassination of McKinley united the nation in sorrow. Courtsey of the Brown Brothers.
