An exploration of the events leading up to and during the Pan American Exposition in Buffalo, New york in 1901. Creighton explores the planning and construction of the fair, as well as the fair itself. Additionally, she gives a background on Leon Czolgosz, anarchist and assassin. Creighton gives a brief synopsis of the last few months of McKinley's life, along with the final trip to Buffalo. Hard bck book with dut jacket.
