The item is a cover of the publication, Judge. It is from Vol. 32 No. 810 and cost 10 cents. The political cartoon by Victor Gillam on the cover of the publication depicts President McKinley as a tailor and Uncle Sam as his customer. The caption says, "McKinley (the tailor)-'well-er-you see-I have done th best I could, and-and'- Uncle Sam-'Say, young fellow, excuses won't go with me. You ought to have had my protection clothes done long ago. I ordered them in November for the first of March." It is covered by plastic and a paper frame for protection.
