McKinley, regarding the claim of John Caldwell against the Soldiers Monument State of Ohio Executive Chamber Columbus 29 September, 1892. My Dear Mr.Butler: I have your favor of the 17th inst. and cannot express to you the pleasure I feel over the happy settlement of the monument claim.
