The item is a tea bowl stand that is a part of a set that was previously owned by the parents of President McKinley. It has a Gaudy Dutch pattern with polychrome and lust decoration. The set includes three tea bowls and two stands. This piece has a few blue marks on the outside of the stand. The pattern is blue, green, orange and purple on a light background. 5 1/8" by 5 1/2" by 1"
