The item is a lithograph of color portraits of William and Ida McKinley facing each other under a glass plate. The text under their portraits reads "Hon. William McKinley Jr." and "Mrs. McKinley." The portraits have an ornate border with a green background and are surrounded by white with flower designs. A chain goes around the border and is used to hang it by. 14" by 9.75" On the reverse side, which is stained and faded, is an old catalog number, 95.70.34.1 and below that are the initials L. McK. There is a hand written signature that reads "Mrs. P. Elser Penbrook.Collection
