Scope and Content

Two newspaper articles and letter. The letter is from the Public Relations Committee of the Kiwanis Club of Canton, Ohio to George Bechtel. The letter reads as follows: "Dear George: Here's an item which appeared in the Canton Repository on Sunday April 7, 1968, which we thought you might like to have: Public Relations Committee Kiwanis Club of Canton, Ohio (over)" The letter includes a newspaper photo of George Bechtel and part of his collection of political badges, and caption. The back of the page includes the article: "Badges Reflect Gold in Politics Canton Collection Recalls 1896 McKinley-Bryan Struggle" by Russell McCauley. These articles are mounted on yellow card stock with pinked edges. This has been laminated.
