Description

A letter Written to the Canton Building Association written on a half sheet of lined paper. The left hand margin is a thicker green line left of a thinner green line. The right hand margin is a single green line. Just left of the left hand margin is written "J.P. Lippincott & Co, Philadeplphia" A half inch diameter ink blotch is in the top left hand corner and another one is in the middle left hand side. Some lighter stains throughout. Written in Pen. A fold divides the paper in half horizontally. the back has written "Association July 1873" sideways in pen. Stains throughout on back.
