The letter reads as follows: Nov. 14, 1906. Mr. John H. Holl, City. Dear Mr. Holl: - I have arranged with Eynon to lay One and one-half (1 1/2) inch, galvanized water pipe in our drain pipe trench immediately before the trench is filled in.
