Level used in laying the cornerstone of the National McKinley Birthplace Memorial, Niles, Ohio. On novemebr 20, 1915, the cornersstone of the National McKinley Birthplace Memorial was laid. This level was used to lay the cornerstone. The level is wooden, with holes of different shapes at both ends and a round hole in the center. Each hole contains a vial filled with colored liquid.
