Description

The item is an off white with black lettering political banner from the 1896 presidential campaign of McKinley and Hobart. Both the presidential and vice presidential candidates are pictured in circles. Above the circles is a bald eagle with a shield and three American flags of varying size on each side of the shield for a total of 6 flags. In between the circles, animals are pictured along with the words, "Sound Money" and the year 1896. Underneath the candidates is an open scroll with the word, "Protection" on it. 18.5 x 18.5 inches.
