This item is a campaign pin. The pin features photos of President William McKinley and his 1896 running mate Garrett Hobart on a background of red and white stripes, with the inscription "Wheelmen's National Club" . The back is a straight pin back. The inscription reads "National Mfg Co. 167 Dearborn St. Chicago, Ill. W & H Co. patents July 17, 1894, April 14, 1896, July 21, 1896."
