Black and white postcard. The front shows William McKinley accepting the nomination for his second term as President on July 12, 1900. The image shows President McKinley standing on a platform, flanked by bunting, with many listeners. The caption on the back reads as follows: "PRESIDENT MCKINLEY ACCEPTING THE NOMINATION FOR THE SECOND TERM, JULY 12, 1900 40th Annual Exhibition of Mckinley Stamp Club of Canton - April 3-4, 1971 Photo from original plate in McKinleyana Collection of Mr. & Mrs. George R. Bechtel, Jr. of Canton, Ohio." The post mark reads as follows: "McKinley Stamp Club Pk. Sta. Canton, OH April 4, 1971.Five cent United States Postage Stamp features the Austrian Flag along with an eagle atop a column to the left of the flag and Liberty atop a column to the right of the flag.
