Saturday Evening Post Remember When clipping of McKinley riding to his death on the way to the assassination. One of the last photos of McKinley taken just minutes prior to his assassination. The Article features a photo of McKinley in his carriage at the Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo on September 6, 1901. Bodyguards surround the carriage. Beneath the photo is an article by Araminta West regarding the photo. Below the caption is information about submitting photos for the Remember When feature to the Saturday Evening Post. The back of the framed article contains a handwritten provenance note: "From the Clara Weiss Collection 5/14/61"
