Scope and Content

This item is a black and white postcard with an image of President McKinley's tomb in Canton, Ohio. This tomb was the original tomb of President McKinley before his body was moved to the Canton memorial after construction. There is a white text block on right side with text, "I am spending the day in Canton very pretty place. Maggie." Back side: The Rotograph Co., N.Y. City. (Germany). Postmarks of Canton, Ohio and Reading, Pennsylvania. Addressed to "Mrs. Wm. Snovel. 629 Moss St. Reading. Pa." Green one stamp Benjamin Franklin stamp.
