Scope and Content

This item is a sepia toned postcard with an image of President McKinley's tomb in Canton, Ohio. There are guards stationed in front of the tomb. The tomb is covered in flowers. This tomb was the original tomb of President McKinley before his body was moved to the Canton memorial after construction. On the back, postcard required a one cent stamp for domestic mailing. No. 1301G. Published by Owens Bros., Hillson Co., Boston, Berlin and Leipzig.
