Harding at the National McKinley Birthplace Memorial in Niles, Ohio. A small hand written x is marked on the photo at the lower left hand corner. Hand written date and names on the back of the photograph read as follows: Niles, Ohio, June 18, 1921 Governor of Ohio Harry L. Davis Secretary of Labor James J.
