Description

Plate with sepia image of William McKinley looking slightly to the left. The plate has a lightly scalloped rim, with gold banding at the edge of the rim, and the center of the lip. the autograph "Wm. McKinley" is under the image. The back is plain white. There is a circular maker's mark near the center with the words, "John Haddock and Sons, Ltd. Royal Vitry England" within the circle. Typewritten above the maker's mark is "Jesse Dean China Decorator Trenton, N.J."
