Williams' Shaving Soap Martin van Buren, William McKinley, Presidential Aspirations Issued 1901, Harpers Weekly. It is an original pictorial sheet extracted from a 20th century illustrated popular periodical (Harper's Weekly), 1901.
Text on the front reads as follows:
