An issue of Leslie's Weekly Illustrated, Vol. LXXXIX No. 2297. It was copyrighted by the Judge Company on 110 Fifth Avenue and published in New York. Printed at the top of the issue is "Admiral Dewey's Return - Will the "Shamrock" Win?- The Porto Rico Hurricane, read this number!" On the front cover there is a picture of Philadelphia's Brilliant Avenue of fame, the caption reads Magnificent tribute of the Quaker city to the members of the grand army of the republic, during their recent annual encampment. The picture was drawn by F. Cresson Schell.
