Description

unmarked catheter to treat urinary obstruction. The instrument was inserted directly into the bladder by way of the rectum to give relief for acute urinary obstruction. It could be worn by the user chronically to divert the urinary stream until healing took place or until there could be a more permanent repair (if possible).
