Ironing board sleeve attachment is made of wood and is covered in what used to be white fabric, now is yellowing, and is hand sewn on to the wood. There is a swivel clamp at the widest end that attaches to the ironing board and is clamped down by turning the screw. The sleeve attachment can swing upright when not in use.
