Large, brown, wooden plaque. The bronze shield in the middle features symbols representing academic values: a torch (enlightenment/knowledge) scales of justice (fairness/balance), a lamp (learning/wisdom), open book (study), winged foot (speed in athletic endeavors) , four stars in the middle (excellence/achievement). New Windsor at the top with H and S on either side. The bottom has 18 names engraved with the year of graduation, starting with 1936 and ending with 1952.
