A plot of land (one piece) consisting of 40 dönüms located in the Banada Muharrer Malum el-Hudud has been under the possession of one Mehmet Efendi, who is the lawful possessor (mutasarrıf) of the said land. Currently, the land remains under his possession and is not under any lien or mortgage by any other party. At this time, the aforementioned land is to be definitively transferred (fariğ) to Behçet Efendi. It is fully known and confirmed that the transfer will be final and irrevocable. Therefore, this official declaration (uluf) has been issued. Date: 20 Teşrin-i Evvel 1302 (October 20, 1886) Signed by: Mehmet Efendi As Mehmet Efendi has declared in the presence of the official (memur) that he will vacate and relinquish the land, this official note (tenhir) has been made. According to the contents of one registered deed (sened), and since there are no other claimants or encumbrances, I declare that I will vacate (firak) the said property upon request.
