This Ottoman-era property deed, dated August 1316 (August 1900), records the ownership of a house located in Mermerli neighborhood in Adana. The residence is described as a multi-level, single-entrance home containing three rooms on both the upper and lower floors, along with one outbuilding. In the boundary section, the document notes that the property forms part of a group of houses officially registered under number 135.
The measurements are 100 zira-i atik, 57 arşun-u cedid, 45 kirah, and 64 parmak. The original owners were Ruben and Boghos Agha, sons of Kevork (Kevorkian?), both of whom had passed away by the time of this record. Their brother, Kasbar Ağa inherited a significant portion of the estate. Initially, he owned 14 shares out of 104, but following his brothers’ deaths, his share increased to 42 out of 104.
