Dear Mardig, I congratulate you on the occasion of Christmas and New Year and I wish you a new shiny year. I received your unnamed (Christmas) card. The writing indicated that it was addressed to me. Your wishes are very pleasing for me. But I had patience that these qualities would be established on a rock in order to remain undestroyed forever and be sincere. Thank God my expectations did not go in vain. I had sent you a letter from Zinjir Dere and also to Mr. Parnag. I received the response from him. I remain yours with love, your sister (Adrine?).
