The cause for the issuance of this deed is as follows: Since it was resolved, as of the 30th day of September of the year 319, that from the proceeds constituting the company revenues of our flour factory, which we established under the name Fabrika-yı Cedid by organizing the Aşur Oğlu Mill into one hundred and forty-six shares, an amount of two and a half liras per share would be distributed; the sum of ninety-five liras, corresponding to our thirty-eight shares in the aforementioned factory at the rate of two and a half liras per share, was taken and received by us from the cashbox of the said factory through the clerk Selcan Efendi, and our receipt thereof is hereby confirmed.
