A transfer deed of twenty dönüms of arable field under the joint possession and usufruct of Abdullah Bey Bekoman, son of Avrin, one of the residents of our locality, together with his brother Simo, each holding a half share. We further know that no third party has any claim or interference with it, and that the property is not mortgaged (merhûn) or under attachment/seizure (mahcûz) in any respect. Therefore, on this occasion, it has been transferred (ferağ edildi) for the price of one thousand kuruş to Ağa-zâde, son of Musa, for the sum of one thousand kuruş. In confirmation thereof, this certificate (ilmühaber) has been issued. Dated 17 Teşrîn-i Sânî 1302. Present boundaries (Hudûd-ı Hâzırası): Public road (tarîk-i âmm); Kara Bey, son of Diter; Agob, son of Cidirna; and Yakub, son of Musa. Place for the transfer signature (Ferağ-ı İmza Mahalli): Since, according to a certain certificate (ilmühaber), he will transfer the property to the applicant free from deficiency, encumbrance, and all other claims, this place has been sealed.
