Banner with 41 Blue and 4 Gold stars.
The banner was dedicated at the Wisner Methodist Church on July 4, 1943. Stars were added as men from the church entered service, stars changed to gold as they were killed in service.
Star 37 represents Harold Causley, great uncle of museum founder Chris Causley.
The flag and documents were framed and hung in the Wisner, Michigan VFW until it closed. the grouping was donated to the museum at that time.Cataloged By
