Hudson Invader 168 Engine
To help meet the demand for boat engines in WWII, the Hudson Motor Car Company built 4000 Hall-Scott Invader 6 engines under license for the US Navy.
Hudson built the engines to Hall-Scotts specifications and the parts were interchangeable between the different manufacturers.
The Hudson Invader 168 engines powered landing craft, rescue launches and other mid-sized boats.

Displacement: 997.8 cubic inches
Bore: 5 1/2 inch
Stroke: 7 inch stroke
