Description

Armor-Piercing Fin-Stabilized Discarding Sabot (APFSDS) round is the primary anti-armor kinetic energy munition used by modern main battle tanks. Often colloquially referred to as a "dart" or "sabot" round. This 120MM projectile is made up of different pieces dug up from an old range at Ft. Knox. Some of the pieces have been sanded to remove rust and corrosion. Penetrator, Tail, and three Sabot "Petals" all from fired rounds.
