Description

Laminated placard from the M1 Abrams AGT1500 TIGER program. The AGT1500 Total InTegrated Engine Revitalization program was a joint venture between the US Army TACOM, Anniston Army Depot, and Honeywell to increase the durability of the M1 Abrams AGT1500 Turbine engine. Initiated in 2005, and implemented in 2007, the goal was to used fact based maitenence to increase the mean time between depot returns from 750 hours to 1400 hours.
