Description

US HBT jacket with PW painted on back and sleeves Prisoner Of War HBT Jacket Prisoners of War were allowed to wear their own uniforms while in camp, but were issued US uniforms for wear while out on work detail. These were often used uniforms turned in by US soldiers for repair. This early pattern Herringbone Twill (HBT) jacket shows numerous period repairs and has the Prisoner of War markings.
