Orange Brown shoulder bag made of heavy cloth with 4 pockets. It is said these were made for the Michigan State Troops to carry Riesing SMG magazines since there was a shortage of the official issue mag pouches.
The other story is these were for the 37MM tear gas gun rounds which were issued after the 1943 riots.
