Description

Round Worker ID for G M Zahn from the War Department Ordnance Tank Automotive Center (OTAC). OTAC was created in 1950 in Detroit and became TACOM in 1967. The "War Department" moniker is unusual because the War Department became the Defense Department in 1949, so this would have to be an early ID.
