Metal 1959 Township of Millburn Police Department bicycle license #504. Orange background, black raised letters. Overall soiling on both sides, chipped paint on front and back; dent, with chipped paint, on lower left side of front. The license plate belonged to the donor's brother, Robert Peterson.
