Corner of Moraine Place and Western Drive, Short Hills. The house was built by Stewart Hartshorn in 1912 and featured 18 inch thick stone walls. The house was owned by James A. and Helen Jane Gibbons from c.1945-1947. In 1947, it was sold to Elmer W. Wheaton by the Dalzell Company. At the time, it had 12 rooms and four baths. The building was modernized and renovated by Dalzell and Dalzell, Architects.
