According to the August 29, 1907 edition of the Newark Evening News On August 29, 1907, the 30th anniversary of Fireman's Day was celebrated in Hackettstown, NJ. Special trains brought more than 5,000 firemen and visitors to Hackettstown for the event, including 40 men and a band of 12 pieces from Millburn.Acquisition
