Three glass plate negatives of landscape designs by Wodell & Cottrell. One glass plate negative is of a landscape plan for the Bancroft Gherardis and is dated 1931. Bancroft Gherardi lived in a 14 room home with greenhouse located on Birch Lane, near Parsonage Hill Road and Adams Avenue. His wife, Mary Butler Gherardi sold the property to W. Palin Conway in November 1942.The other two images are of unidentified gardens but are presumed to be of the Gherardi gardens. Two of the negatives have lack tape frames around the images. The third image is the landscape plan.Acquisition
