Black and white photo of a police graduating class ca. 1950s-1960?, on the steps of an unidentified and probably non-local building. Former Millburn policeman Russell Lyon is identified as the tall policeman in the back row, to the right of the right-most door. Ca. 1" horizontal tear halfway down the right edge of the photo; 1/4" horizontal tear on opposite (left), middle edge of photo; horizontal fold line across most of the approximate middle of the photograph. lower right corner bent; upper right corner bent; numerous "cracks" along all edges of photo; slight yellowing on all edges; edgewear on all edges.
