Glass Plate negative of Wodell & Cottrell's garden design for Mrs. Bancroft Gherardi. The Gherardi's lived in a 14 room home with greenhouse located on Birch Lane, near Parsonage Hill Road and Adams Avenue. His wife, Mary Butler Gherardi sold the property to W. Palin Conway in November 1942.
